Shipping policy

Shipping rates are set by the carriers. Weightless Clean does not add any extra fees or charges to the carrier rates. What you pay for shipping is what the carriers charge.

All orders are processed 1 to 3 business days after you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email and another email when your order has shipped. 

Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number you can use to check its status if you choose a shipping option that includes tracking. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@weightlessclean.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your country. Weightless Clean is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at info@weightlessclean.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We'll get this replaced for you.
